Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Order Shipment:
For orders over $35, we offer free shipping via USPS or DHL. We use the most cost effective and reasonable shipping method as determined by our shippers.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@tootsiemama.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos info@tootsiemama.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
In the event that you encounter an error with your order, including receiving product(s) that has been broken/damaged/leaked in transit, we are happy to send a no-cost replacement. Please email info@tootsiemama.com with your order number as well as a photo of the product(s) you received.
We are unable to refund or replace packages that show as "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system; customer must open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a non-receipt package that has been marked as delivered.
