Tootsie Mama Easy Returns and Exchanges
We strive to make exchanging and returning our products as easy as possible.
Not happy with the fit? No problem! You have 60 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return your unworn, unwashed and undamaged product. All products must be retuned in their original condition, with their garment tags and labels in place. Returned items are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges.

- ISSUES WITH PRODUCT: If you have an item that has a problem or defect, email info@tootsiemama.com with a picture of the issue and your order number. We do not need these items returned, so please do not use the form below!
- WHEN DO I GET A REFUND? We process refunds and exchanges for unworn, unwashed and undamaged products within 3 business days of receiving your returned package in our warehouse.
- WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? We accept returns and exchanges up to 60 days after purchase or baby's birth - whichever comes later! Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
